Advice and Advocacy
Provide one day a week on advice and information services for individual and families on issues they face in their everyday life. These include housing/council tax benefits, homelessness, education and welfare benefits. Also refer to the appropriate agencies to access statutory services. Due to language barriers and not knowing their rights, this project is one of the most needed projects in the community.
Yoga Class
Our classes use a unique combination of Yoga for Women, Inspiring Music and Delicious Aromatherapy blends. These friendly classes are suitable for any women wanting to give themselves some TLC
Supplemantory School
Supplementary School has been running since 1984 helping disadvantaged children. Supplementary Education in Science, Maths and English for children and young people between the age of 9 and 15. The purpose of the project is the provision of supplementary academic tuition for children of socioeconomically disadvantaged families.
Elderly lunch clubs
Bring older people together to enjoy a hot nutritious meal and socialise with friends at the same time. Our lunch clubs prove to be as much social as well as nutritional occasions, a lunchtime meal followed by activities later in the afternoon.
